And what is with you that you do not fight in the Sake/Way of Allah while the weakened ones among men, women, and children who say, “Our Lord, bring us out of this city of the wrongdoers of its inhabitants. And appoint for us, from Yourself, an ally. And appoint for us, from Yourself, a savior/helper.”

And what is with you that you don’t spend in the Way of Allah while the Inheritance of the Heavens and the Earth belongs to Allah? Whoever spent before the Victory and fought is not equal among you. Those are more magnificent in Rank/Degree than those who spent after and fought. And to each one Allah has promised the best-outcome. And Allah is an expert with whatever you are doing.

And they do not spend a small, nor large expense, nor cut across a valley, except it was written for them, so that Allah compensates them the best of what they were working.
